The kids spent the first visit painting nails, playing card games, showcasing piano skills, and talking with the senior citizens.     We’re proud to welcome Canadian General Rick Hillier as keynote speaker, for an evening which promises to be entertaining, thought-provoking and rewarding.     With this strange weather we’ve been having, we’ve still been lucky to get out to the lake to start our marathon training! Our first event is the 5k Fun Run, leading up to our favorite event, the QCM Half and Full marathons in September. Best of luck to all our runners!
